I had several OMG moments. Some of these experiences are so awesome, words fail me. One of the best was camping in Canyon de Chelly. It was a full moon and the moonlight lit up the canyon and the red rocks just glowed. We could hear the wild horses playing nearby- snorting and jumping. It was so magical. The stars were unbelievable and my tent mates and I sat up most of the night watching. Cheryl took a picture of us the next morning and we are just sitting there with our eyes wide open! Another favorite moment was camping under the stars on Lake Powell. Wow.. Another special night just laying there looking at the stars and enjoying that special place. I am raring to go again, just trying to figure out which trip to do next! Canyon Calling trips are the only way to travel! Mary Beth of Kansas Ah-h-h I loved Best of the West trip. I was not only impressed with that EXPERIENCE, but knowing how carefully you picked the outfitter that led us--knowing we were going with someone who was also concerned with SAFETY. And overall, just learning at what a cool way this is to see the world--to be an intimate part of it by participaing with nature!
